Value comes from observable inputs: how often a workflow happens, how long it takes today, who does it, and the reduction you consider realistic — a planning assumption you control, not a benchmark. Start with the five below; one or two are enough for a first estimate.

Included in scenario ROI

Capacity created, direct cash savings, and gross-profit upside — all recurring and all derived from your inputs — against the Full Circuit annual cost.

Excluded, and why

  • Working capital — faster billing and collection move cash earlier; they do not create profit.
  • Roadmap workflows — capability that is not released is not counted, full stop. It appears only as a separately labeled upside.
  • Hiring avoidance — excluded unless you explicitly confirm a planned hire would be delayed, and even then shown as its own line because it can represent the same hours as capacity.
  • One-time amounts — implementation, migration and training (on both sides) never mix with recurring benefit; they appear only in first-year payback.

Capacity is not cash

Capacity created is time returned for selling, estimating, managing and serving customers. It becomes cash only when you use it — through the revenue, savings, or a confirmed deferred hire you enter yourself.

Available versus Roadmap

Every workflow in step 2 carries its verified product status. “Available” works today; “Configured during implementation” exists and is set up for your workspace; “Roadmap” is not released and never enters the ROI.

How we validate your ROI.

Full Circuit does not yet claim standardized customer savings. Early-access customers establish a baseline before implementation so measured results can replace planning assumptions.

  1. Establish the current baseline

    Before implementation we record what the work costs today: your stack spend, workflow volumes, times and rates — the same observable inputs this page uses.

  2. Select and configure the target workflows

    One or two high-friction workflows are chosen, configured in Full Circuit, and given explicit target times agreed with you.

  3. Measure the first 60–90 days

    Actual volumes and times are measured against the baseline — not estimated, not extrapolated from another customer.

  4. Replace planning assumptions with actual results

    Your business case is re-run with measured numbers. Assumptions that didn't hold are corrected, in both directions.
